By accessing or using the JL House Cleaning website (the "Site") or booking a service through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

JL House Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning, as described on the Site.

Prices shown through our online estimator are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking, once we have reviewed the specifics of your property and requested services.

Cleaning prices are based on the home being in average condition for the selected cleaning service. Excessive buildup, heavy grease, mold, excessive clutter, or other conditions that require significantly more time may result in an additional charge. Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before the work begins.

You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, at our discretion.

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking or invoicing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

JL House Cleaning is licensed and insured. While we take reasonable care in performing our services, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms (contact, estimate, or booking requests).

When you request a quote, contact us, or book a service, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and property address/ZIP code — to respond to your request and deliver our services.

We use the following tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the performance of our advertising:

• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — to understand site traffic and usage patterns.
• Meta Pixel & Conversions API — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram ads. When you submit a quote, we may share a securely hashed (encrypted) version of your email, name, phone, and location with Meta for this purpose — never your information in plain text. We also set an anonymous identifier cookie to help match ad clicks to quote submissions.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and support the analytics and advertising tools described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not function as intended if you do so.
